Manitoba - Summer in Churchill

Wildlife Observation - Beluga Whales and Polar Bears
An interesting journey from Winnipeg to Churchill, on the shores of Hudson Bay is the start of the trips and the main attraction in the summer months is the beluga whale shoals that feed in the Churchill River. Of course the polar bears of Churchill are never outdone even by a big whale, so we will see plenty of the Kings of the Arctic too. Another ingredient is the summer coat that the area takes on, with an amazing blaze of bright colours to ensure the bears and whales stand out.
