The NKF Table Tennis Challenge 2002

The best Nepali table tennis talent was at Rivermead in Reading on Sunday the 24th November for the 2002 NKF table Tennis Challenge.

 

"I,ve never played before" said Rajen
"but it seems so easy to scoop up this little ball and send it on its way to anywhere I want".

Yog was determined to make it to the top.

During breaks in the play, Prem worked on his Kung Foo and broke 3 bats in half.

  

Both shoulders now working fine.

Prem is 3rd placed

Deepak and Resam dance salsa together to celebrate Dee's success as the runner up.

Thanks to all involved in organising and helping with this event, especially Gita, who worked long and hard to get you there, Resam and the team of match umpires. A big thanks to everyone who turned up to play and watch. Keep practicing, next years challenge should be even more tight.
