Tanzania - Serengeti Ngorongoro Spring Safari

Safari into Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti TAHI lodges at a  special price. This is a 6 day itinerary for those of you who want a short safari or it could be combined with other wildlife areas in Tanzania, or maybe Uganda for gorilla observation.

Itinerary
 
Day 1   Transfer by shuttle bus from Nairobi to Arusha.  Overnight at the Novotel Hotel. D.

Day 2   After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park for two animal viewing drives (about 2-3 hrs each). Overnight at Lake Manyara Hotel.  B, L, D.

Day 3   After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Crater for an animal viewing drive (about 5 - 6 hrs).  Overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge. B, L, D.

Day 4   Make an early start and explore the central area of Serengeti National Park.  Take lunch at the lodge.  Continue the animal viewing drive.  Overnight at Seronera Wildlife Lodge. B, L, D.

Day 5  A full day of animal viewing as you have a picnic lunch in the bush.  Overnight at Seronera Wildlife Lodge. B, L, D.

Day 5  Transfer to Arusha after breakfast. B.

What is included
All transfers. Accommodation in Tahi lodges and hotels with meals as shown in the itinerary by the code B,L,D.  Park entrance fees, vehicle, driver/guide and activities as described above. 

What is not included
The price allows for joining in Arusha and does not include international or internal flights or departure taxes,  personal insurance, visa fees, vaccination costs, personal clothing and equipment, all items of a personal nature and all drinks.  Tips. Airfare (from the UK)
As a guide, the international airfare should be in the range GBP450 - GBP650 for economy class. 

Visa
A visa is required for Tanzania (GBP38) and also Kenya if you fly into Nairobi (GBP30).  We provide an optional extra service if you need assistance in obtaining your visa.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive personal insurance, including search and rescue is required on this trip.
