Here are some of the comments by previous travellers who have used our services.

The hotel staff in Santiago looked after the bags fine, organised taxis when we needed them, and the breakfast was good. BUT it was impossible to swing a cat in the room we were in, if we'd had a cat with us. It wasn't quite Harry Potter cupboard under the stairs, but it was tiny ! Our guides Pedro and Isabel were excellent as was all the attention we had from the local ground crew.

Muir's Tours response: Sorry Tim & Keith, we have now taken the hotel Club Presidente off the list.

I am writing to thank you for making it possible for me to have such a great holiday in Chile. the arrangements for the trip were excellent and I loved my time in Patagonia. the staff at your ecocamp in the Torres del Paine park were absolutely wonderful and pampered me no end. the park itself is beautiful but I think it's the warmth of the people I will remember best. quality_of_staff: staff on Torres del paine trip were
excellent ...guides Pedro and Rodrigez ..i could not recommend highly
enough....they were friendly, very well informed and went out of their way at
all times to help in any way.........service at Ecodomes and indeed at refuges
on W trek was again fabulous...Paulette manager at Ecodome was superb a
wonderful hostess.
I feel that although the guide in Fitzroy was again friendly and helpful the
general organisation was not quite as good ...there seems to be a problem as
this is not run by cascadia but subcontracted to argentinian
company........there seems to be a lack of communication ...eg no one seemed to
know about dinner arrangments when I was at last minute booked into a different
hotel to rest of group and subsequently did not get dinner on first 2 nights at
el Chalten...Perthaps in future staff at Cascadia could explain argentinian trip
before leaving and may i suggest for peolpe like myself who book late that
perhaps vouchers could be handed over in person in Puerto Natales.............also
I feel that fitzroy Inn was a much inferior hotel (and actually much cheaper)
to El Pilar which was I was expecting to stay in according to original Schedule
which is why I prsume Fitzroy trip was more expensive.. El Pilar would of been
worth it .. it also adds quite a lot of travelling to days and is quite
isolating to be 20km from rest of group part of the appeal of group travel is
the companionship.
comm_based_tours: although no direct contact with locals the guides did explain
about local culture
hotels: As stated Ecodome far exceeded my expectation if anything i don,t think
you praise it enough in the brochure...superb, first rate...
Fitzroy Inn a disapointment especially as I had paid same as other clients
satying at El Pilar a much superior hotel which although full on the forst night
subsequently had vacancies.......in these situations given the disparity I would
of expected an offer of some sort of refund ......
guiding excellent - driving good - hotel_transfers: fine - general_comments:
perhaps an explanation of need for the elusive vouchers in Argentina?
great_stuff: Breathtaking Scenery......... amazing trip
