Rafting & Kayaking the Bhote Kosi River Nepal

This is a full body experience, with much more involved than simply paddling forward and backward. One of the most common paddle commands on the Bhote Kosi is "hold on!". Each day on the Bhote Kosi is spent negotiating tight channels and slaloming through boulder gardens.

During low flows the Bhote Kosi is a classic run on a steep mountain river. When the water levels rise up the Bhote Kosi becomes a solid class 4+ river, requiring a serious commitment from all people wanting to raft or kayak.

Panglang, our camping deluxe base is located near the highest possible raft launch point on the river. Having a private river camp gives us three more kilometres of rapids to run, and means that when we show up everything is ready and waiting for us. Food is expertly prepared by camp staff from imported delicacies and local ingredients, and all you have to do is make it to the dining room three times a day, if you have not gone down river.

In addition to being the most fantastic white water you can ever wish for there is the world's longest commercial bungee jump, so why not join us for the Ultimate Bungee.

The beautiful location, thrilling, adrenaline charged whitewater, and the ability to stay in a deluxe tented camp make the Bhote Kosi one of the most popular rivers we run.
