Nepal Rafting and Kayaking
New to rafting or kayaking
? try a half day, see how you like it. We offer tasters as well
as multi day expeditions for rafting and kayaking.
Nepal has earned the reputation of being one of the best places
in the world for rafting and kayaking. Its mountain scenery has
drawn trekkers and climbers for many years; these same mountains
shape an incredible variety of white water challenges. A series
of the world's most outstanding river journeys are to be found
in Nepal, ranging from steep adrenaline charged mountain streams
to classic big volume wilderness expeditions. The combination
of spectacular rivers, mountain scenery and a rich cultural heritage
makes Nepal an obvious river runner's destination. No other country
has such a choice of trips on wild rivers with warm water, a subtropical
climate (with no bugs or mozzies !), and huge white sand beaches
that are ideal for camping.
Our team has been leading the way in rafting and kayaking expeditions
in Nepal for over a decade. Our river journeys are a unique experience
- relaxing and exhilarating, inspirational and challenging. A
chance to venture into a world few people know exists and gain
a unique insight into the pristine, seldom visited areas as well
as experiencing the friendliness of the Nepali people.
We are
using state of the art equipment and only the most experienced professional
western and Nepali guides. With over 100 companies rafting in Nepal, how do you
choose an outfitter ? Muir's Tours and the team will not let you down. For a
river journey you will never forget, raft Nepal.
