Firstly read the Terms and Conditions

Step 1 - Tell us what you want

in the Reservation form

stating your preferred tour date and code, plus details of all the people in your party.

We will then provide full details in a personalised quotation.

Step 2 - Pay the Deposit

After we confirm there is space available: pay GBP250 / USD500 / CAD750 per person, subject to the base currency.

You can pay by credit card or by cheque

Balance Payments

Full payment is due 100 days prior to departure.
 


Travel Insurance
Because many advance logistical arrangements have been made prior to the running of these trips, we must adhere to the terms and conditions detailed. In addition, you should be aware that some medical insurance policies, including US Medicare, do not cover your expenses, including medical evacuation, while travelling in a foreign country. Therefore, we strongly recommend trip cancellation / medical evacuation insurance. Optional insurance may be purchased at the time of deposit and is 100% non-refundable.

We are unable to provide any advice about which insurance company to use if you live outside of the UK.
